Observe the conditions of tiles and basins. Check for any leakages. Make sure the shower, bath drains easily. See if the windows are open. See the conditions of any decorative mirrors and medicine cabinets. Check roof, surfaces, and flooring surfaces for any symptoms of water leaks.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Check laundry facilities. Check washing machine hoses are safe and not dripping.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In bed rooms, examine roof, surfaces, flooring surfaces, light furniture and drapes. Check wardrobes and windows.</p>
